What are the sizes to the medals?

The ribbon is approximately 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. The medal is a little less than 2 inches long and 2 inches wide. The keychain without the medal is about 3.25 inches long and a little over 1 inch wide. Please allow +/- a few centimeters.

How come the other ribbon colors are not listed for the custom medals? For example, I see a polka-dotted ribbon that is not listed for a custom medal.

This is due to the limited quantity of that color of ribbon. For example, if someone purchased 5 medals for a bachelorette party, and another order had 5, etc., we want to make sure there was enough of one color ribbon for custom orders. Surprisingly, ribbon patterns/colors get discontinued, so we only list colors we know we won’t have a problem finding at any craft store. We usually have only one roll of the ribbons that you see on our stock items.

How can I get a charm added?

Great question! We LOVE charms and wish we can put them on all of our items. If it’s a common hobby/interest category and we have it in stock, we’ll offer a charm on the medal or bracelet. Depending on someone’s custom order, we may not have their interest charm. It’s not a hard “no”, but a “we’ll see”. Just use the Contact Us form or text us 726-231-4940 and we’ll check to see if we have a charm that will work. If so, it will be the cost of a custom medal plus a $4.00 charge for the charm. Another work around: If you’re trying to keep costs down, visit your local Michaels® , Hobby Lobby® , or other craft stores and check out their selection of charms. If you find one that works for you, you can open the (jump) ring and secure it to your medal.

How do I know what size bracelet I wear?

While relaxing your wrist and using a flexible tape measure or yarn, measure around the largest area of your wrist or where you would like your bracelets to rest at. Read the tape measure or measure your yarn. Don’t forget to leave a little bit of room for comfort.
